Exchanges & Refunds Policy
Changed your mind? We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on www.dkilts.com for return or exchange. please send it back to us at the following address, including the following information:
i. Please email us first at email@example.com before shipping the parcel to us with your order number. our support team will communicate you in next 48 hours to offer you best solutions of problem if any.
ii. Please write us full details that why the item is being returned.
iii. If the item is faulty / or wrong article in any way.
Note for Returns:
i. Product must be in Proper Original Packaging.
ii. The condition of product would be same as new with tags if any.
iii. Buyers must return goods within 30 days of receiving the order.
iv. We only accept through insured courier over the world.
v. Buyer is responsibility to ensure any returned goods reach us in satisfactory condition.
vi. Please ensure that all bags/tags/labels untorn and still attached.
vii. We work hard to ensure the goods reach you in great condition so would really appreciate you returning the favor.
viii. Buyers returning goods must clearly state on the outside of the package and on any customs documentation that the goods are ‘Returned Goods’ to allow them to clear customs without generating additional charges.
ix. All custom made, Special orders are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
i. All the Refunds would be processed within 7 days once the product received.
ii. Refund will be made in the account through you originally paid.
iii. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
* If you received an item that doesn’t fit or is not suitable? No problem, our exchanges and returns policies are designed to make that as easy as possible.
* We will be happy to exchange most items if they are the wrong size or color, but unfortunately custom-made or special sized items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless a manufacturer’s fault is found with them.
* The easiest and fastest way to process your exchange is to purchase the replacement items in a new order, then return the unsuitable items for a refund.
* Alternatively, you can send them back to us for an exchange and we’ll post out the replacements to you. You can process your exchange via our online exchange system.
* Once we receive your returned items back, we’ll get the replacements sent out.
* Normally this takes anywhere from a few days to a week or two depending on how long it takes the items to come back to us. Once we will have received the product we will send replacement within 7-10 days with tracking information.
* Without manufacture fault buyer will pay the re-shipping fee.
